Have gotten some very good products from Radio Shackĭue to COVID-19, processing times for returns may take longer than normal. But I must say I've been a fan of Radio Shack for many many years and have purchased a lot from them. I used to would be very willing to climb my tower and try to fix myself, but at 74 yrs old, I'm a little apprehensive. Was trying to save myself some money and ending up buying something that I didn't need (my fault). Said had to purchase booster and amplifier as a set which was really high, and was a lot lot higher for them to come, climb tower and change out or find out what was wrong. Went back to place where I purchased where I had antenna tower, antenna and all installed and he wouldn't sell just one. Hooked the amplifier up and still got no channels at all when I used to get 70+ channels. Beginning to think that my booster is out or something else. I think it has to be used with a signal booster on antenna or something else is wrong. I'm sure that it would probably be very good, but probably due to a mistake on my part, I don't know.
